Return & Refund Policy

Eligibility for Returns

Products may be eligible for return if:

• Wrong product was delivered
• Product received is damaged
• Product has manufacturing defects

Return Request Timeline

Customers must raise a return request within 3 days of receiving the order.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for:

• Products damaged after delivery
• Used, washed, or altered products
• Products without original tags and packaging
• Size issues if correct size was shipped as ordered

Refund Process

After successful inspection and approval:

• Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
• Refund amount will be credited to the original payment method.

Exchange Policy

Exchange requests may be accepted based on product availability.  
Exchange request should be request within 7 working days 
Exchange product will be delivered to your location within 7 working days
